Question:  Do I have to make an appointment for self-serve bathing? 

Answer:   No. Self-Serve is first come first serve basis.

Question:  Do I have to make an appointment for a nail trim and how much is a nail trim?

Answer:  No. You do not have to make an appointment for a nail trim. The price for a nail trim is $5 dollars.

Question: May I bring my own shampoo for self-serve bathing and how much?

Answer: Yes.  $13 dollars for self-serve, if you bring your own product.

Question: May I bring more than one dog to Self-Serve bathe?

Answer: Yes. We recommend you give us a call ahead of time to make sure we have available crate space.

Question: Do you offer Anal Gland Expression and Ear flushing for Self-Serve customers?

Answer: Yes. The cost is $5 dollars per service.

Question: Do you require updated vaccinations for Self-Serve?

Answer: No.  We highly recommend updated shots, but do not require. Our staff are not handling, nor are the dogs staying in our facility long enough to pose concern.  ( Full-Service grooming DOES  require updated vaccines. )

Question: May I get help from staff to help bathe my dog during the Self-Service? 

Answer: Unfortunately, No.  We will be more than happy to assist in helping place your dog in the tub, but any further assistance is unavailable. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have about the bathing process to ensure a less stressful event for you and your doggie.   

Question: Is it safe to allow my small children to help bathe?

Answer: Absolutely!  It's a great learning experience for children. We offer small aprons and a small standing stool for them to engage right up there with their parents. 

Question:  What if I am unable to make my scheduled appointment? 

Answer: We understand  unexpected events may occur, we kindly ask to give us a call 24 hrs prior if applicable, if 2 scheduled appointments in a 12 month are no call, no show, customer will have to pay of front, total price of groom for any future appointments.
